Time Equipment Company replaced the PARC’s System for the Overlake Medical Pavilion in Bellevue, WA.
Overlake Medical Pavilion had a parking system that was 15 years old and was looking to update the technology and functionality of its current system. In addition, Overlake moved from an on-site software system to a web-based system in the cloud to offer better customer service.
Overlake Medical Pavilion has over 800 parking spaces and services over 18,000 transient entries per month.
Time Equipment Company installed new TIBA X-60 series entry and exit terminals that use bar code technology. All terminals include VoIP intercom modules for remote assistance that a customer service representative can answer. In addition, these terminals include exterior QR scanners and HID card readers to read their existing access cards.
Three entry and exit lanes and a monthly access lane were replaced. In addition, eight Magnetic articulating arm parking gates were replaced.
Time Equipment Company utilized the TIBA SPARK Suite Software Platform. It is a cloud-based web environment that allows parking operators and owners to control, manage, and monitor all their facilities from a central location. SPARK utilizes the successes of SmartPark and expands the user experience in a streamlined and accessible way.
