In addition, it is also the building that sits directly above Whole Foods. Azur is a 12-story tower with 102 homes. Arte is a 15-story tower with 126 units. The 2200 Westlake garage opened in 2006 and still had the original equipment installed.
2200 Westlake Garage includes three garage levels with separate and secure parking areas for residential users. These users can share retail parking stalls for guests and monthly rental spaces.

Monthly garage patrons can also use TIBA Mobile Access, allowing for “hands-free” entry and exit. Users can download the TIBA Mobile Access app from the app store and use their smartphone as their access control credential. It can use a wireless Bluetooth connection or the QR code that is part of the app.
